NextGenCX named as a supplier on G-Cloud 15 framework

NextGenCX joins the G-Cloud 15 framework

NextGenCX has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency's RM1557.15 G-Cloud 15 framework, under Lot 3: Cloud Support, making it easier for public sector organisations to access our contact centre and customer experience expertise.

G-Cloud 15 introduced a more comprehensive supplier evaluation, assessing suppliers against areas including quality, technical capability and price, while also providing buyers with assurance around supplier financial stability and viability.

For organisations looking for specialist support without adding unnecessary complexity to the procurement process, that matters.

Making public sector procurement simpler

We know that bringing in external expertise within the public sector can sometimes be difficult. Even when there is a clear need for additional support, procurement requirements can add time and complexity before the work can begin.

G-Cloud 15 is an open framework managed by Government Commercial Agency (GCA) and provides public sector organisations with a route to procure cloud-based services and support.

For NextGenCX, being on the G-Cloud 15 framework means eligible public sector organisations can find our services through the framework and award without competition where the requirements of the framework's award procedure are met.

It provides a much simpler route for organisations that need independent expertise to help them understand where their contact centre is underperforming, improve customer journeys, tackle broken systems and processes, optimise existing technology or explore where AI can genuinely add value. This can include CX and contact centre consultancy where it relates to cloud services, including CCaaS optimisation, cloud contact-centre strategy, customer journey design, requirements definition and assessing opportunities for AI and automation.

More than a procurement badge

While G-Cloud is primarily designed to support public sector procurement, being named as a supplier on G-Cloud 15 also provides wider reassurance for any organisation considering working with NextGenCX.

G-Cloud 15 includes supplier assessment requirements and provides buyers with additional assurance, including pre-assessed financial stability and viability.

This is particularly important when working within contact centres, where projects can involve access to operational systems, customer journeys and potentially sensitive information.

As part of our commitment to this, NextGenCX also holds Cyber Essentials certification, demonstrating that we have appropriate safeguards in place to protect our systems against common cyber threats and take the security of the information we work with seriously.

For our clients, whether they operate in the public or private sector, that provides additional confidence that they are working with a consultancy that combines practical contact centre expertise with established business and security processes.

Practical support that gets underneath the problem

Our work is focused on helping organisations understand what is really happening within their contact centre and turning that insight into practical improvement.

That support can range from a focused piece of consultancy around a cloud contact-centre challenge through to broader strategic support around CCaaS, cloud-enabled customer journeys, AI readiness and service transformation.

This could be anything from identifying the root causes of avoidable or failure demand, improving IVR and customer journeys, addressing gaps between operations and technology teams, getting more from existing CCaaS platforms or helping leaders assess where AI and automation could deliver meaningful value.

The aim isn't to recommend new technology for the sake of it. It’s to understand where performance isn't delivering as it should, identify what is getting in the way and develop practical solutions that can be implemented and measured.

Being part of G-Cloud 15 now makes it easier for public sector organisations to access that support.
